Book an Appointment

SANITATION: All safety and sanitation practices are thoroughly enforced. Amply time is booked in between each service for thorough cleaning and disinfecting of makeup chair, brushes, tools, palettes, etc.

PAYMENT: There is a non-refundable retainer fee due at booking to reserve your date. The deposit made goes toward final bill. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. Non -Transferable. Full payment required at completion of services.

DELAYS: Due to scheduling reasons, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, services will only be completed upon the makeup artist's discretion.

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Please come to your appointment with a clean washed face prior to makeup application. For hair appointments, please come with clean, washed hair. No hair products in hair.

LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin conditions or sensitivities of the client(s) should be reported to the Makeup Artist prior to application, and if needed, a sample test of makeup may be performed on skin 24 - 48 hours before scheduled appointment.

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: If the Makeup Artist feels uncomfortable, threatened, or verbally abused in any way, she will have the right to leave the premises without completing services. If the artist feels that the client has any open facial wounds or a skin condition that could be infected or unsanitary, she has the right to refuse service to that client.

24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES: If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. This allows enough time to offer that time slot to another guest. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours or less are considered LATE CANCELLATIONS, and you will be charged 50% of the service. If I am unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of the appointment policies, it will count as a late cancellation and you will be charged accordingly. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations.

ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early . Every appointment is scheduled to allow sufficient time to provide the best experience for each client.

LATE ARRIVALS: Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee, per the late cancellation policy (see above). Out of respect for other clients, I will not allow your time to run over and cut into another client’s appointment time because of a late arrival.

CELL PHONES: Please be courteous and respectful of my time and work by keeping your phone usage to a minimum until your session is complete. I reserve the right to refuse service if your cell phone usage interferes with my work during your session.
